Sales Officer
Dangote Group, Sierra Leone

• Ensure achievement of sales volume target.
• Prospecting for new/active customers while maintaining existing ones.
• Ensure availability of DCP brand in all retail outlets within assigned territory.
• Ensure prompt dissemination of official vital information such as trade incentives, price change, etc. to customers.
• Proactively manage credit/debit customers to ensure they do not divert fund to other business.
• Regularly monitor and report competitors’ activities.
• Regularly gather and report accurate market intelligence to enhance management decision.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head Sales amp; Marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Economics, or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience Cement industry knowledge may be an added advantage.
• Selling and negotiation skills
• Must be computer literate MS word amp; excel
• Must be an outgoing and persuasive personality, who can communicate effectively at all levels
• Has capacity to work under pressure and without supervision.
• Ability to deal with individuals in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
